The Challenge: Create an engaging email campaign for the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Series phone to increase pre-order and sales numbers.

The Solution: Taking the opportunity that a new and unprecedented device launch afforded, we broke out of the traditional email approach that Samsung has normally relied on and introduced layouts that utilized single art board designs, engaging animations, and a tone that was playful, exciting and unexpected.

While the device launch is still ongoing, the Reserve and Pre-Order phases were highly successful, with pre-orders of the devices up 30% over the previous launch.
